How do you make a Jasc Paint Shop Pro image your desktop?

I've been trying to make my own desktop (or background, whatever you peeps call it) on Paint, but now that I think it's ready, I realize that I don't know how to set it as my background. Which sucks. A lot. And I don't want all my hard work (I had no idea what I was doing for the first 30% of the time) to go to waste. And the help program in it doesn't help. So, instructions, please?

Your headline says PaintShop Pro image.

Save it as jpg.

Then you can use it as desktopbackground, if that is what you mean.
